Visual Design Specialist
A Visual Design Specialist creates impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent, but at the same time impressively unique, based on visual fundamentals and theory of design. A visual design specialist is the lead role for visual and creative design; it should lead multiple projects and take ownership of the coordination and execution (timeline, estimations, plans) of visual design projects, co‑work, and control other groups of designers, but also have the experience of client‑facing, and meet the expectations of the stakeholders to win and keep their trust.
Experience Required
6‑8 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design, and creative team management.
