About the Role
Title: Virtualization Administration
Duration: 1 year (2-year extension possible)
Location: Jefferson City, MO 65101
State of MO is currently using vSphere 7 and always wants to be prepared for future upgrades. In order to prepare for a future upgrade, there needs to be a thorough analysis of MoDOT's current environment, including the configuration and overall health.
Provide day-to-day support and administration of the State of MO VMware & Hyper-V environment, as defined by State of MO and availability of funds.
This PAQ will provide coverage for the area VMware/vSphere and Hyper-V, related to day-to-day support and administration activities. Expected duties to include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Manage VMware Infrastructure/vSphere & Hyper-V clusters on Production and Test/Development environments
• Build, test, and maintain new VMs
