You will lead BIM coordination meetings, implement troubleshooting for constructability issues, and ensure adherence to VDC protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Building Information Modeling meetings with stakeholders
• Manage VDC workflows and ensure document control
• Assess and report on quantity variances for projects
• Work with onsite teams to address constructability concerns
• Develop and execute BIM-related tasks and simulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in VDC or similar, with at least 4 years' experience
• Preferred CM-BIM certification
