Key Responsibilities
- Manage all renewals within NowCerts/Guidelight.
- Review policies for payments, audits, and outstanding requirements.
- Begin renewals 60–90 days before expiration.
- Ensure policies are ready for presentation 30 days prior to renewal.
- Request renewal terms from standard carriers in advance.
- Handle requirements for non-standard carriers.
- Flag premium increases over 5% for A, B, or C tier accounts.
- Monitor D-tier accounts as directed.
- Contact insureds 60 days before renewal to verify exposures and schedules.
- Confirm payroll, sales, vehicles, equipment, and operations.
- Track and follow up on responses.
- Assist with re-quoting accounts when needed.
- Update quote requests with current insured information.
- Prepare ACORD applications and supporting documentation.
- Ensure carrier quotes match updated account details.
