We run 3 health brands across the US and EU. By end of 2025 we were doing $50K days with a team of 3. Now we are scaling to $150K days and need editors who want to own their craft.
About the Role:
You will edit video ads for Meta that actually convert. You see the results. You iterate. When your ads win, you get paid for it.
Responsibilities:
- Edit short and long form video ads for Meta
- Source b-roll from TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest
- Create hook variations
- Same day turnarounds on variations
Requirements:
- Experience editing Meta ads for e-commerce
- Understanding of what makes an ad convert - hooks, pacing, visuals
- Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Ability to work independently
Compensation:
- $2,000-$5,000 USD/month base depending on experience
