Job Description

Position: Video Conferencing Operations Engineer

Work Setup: 8–10 days Return-to-Office (RTO) per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain enterprise video conferencing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to video, audio, and conferencing hardware/software.
  • Manage and support platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and conferencing room systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth meeting and conferencing operations.
  • Monitor system performance and provide timely technical support and resolution.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
  • Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, HP Poly, or Cisco systems.
