About the Role
**BluePearl Pet Hospital in Downtown Manhattan NYC is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and ability to help motivate, engage, and develop a team of veterinary professionals.**
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a leader in a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills and have strong passion for training and mentoring. This position requires someone with strong communication, time management and organizational skills. **Pay:** $32.00 - $45.00 / hour + competitive shift differentials
**This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.**
Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example:
+ Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = **+$4.50/hr** . Shift Differential
+ Sat & Sun: 8am to 6...
