Veterinary Technician Practicum

Be among the first 25 applicants for NVA Canada’s VT Practicum Program, designed for final-year veterinary technician students seeking real-world experience. Work alongside experienced veterinarians and RVTs to develop skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology, and more.

This practicum ranges from two to eight weeks, flexible to fit your schedule and career goals. Eligible students enrolled in an accredited VT program in Canada and completing their final practicum can receive a stipend to assist with travel expenses, allowing focus on learning without financial worries.
