Veterinary Technician Practicum

We are a GP/ER hybrid - open all day and staffed all night as well! Candidates will get exposure to everything GP related (vx, ears, wellness checks, etc) as well as urgent care, emergency care, intensive and critical care! This allows students to really figure out where there strengths and passions lie, in an extremely supportive team.

NVA Canada’s VT Practicum Program offers final-year veterinary technician students the chance to gain real-world experience in a supportive, dynamic environment. Work alongside experienced veterinarians and RVTs at in to develop your clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology and more.
