About the Role
We are looking for an M&A Manager to join our M&A Department at Dargon Energy . The ideal candidate is passionate about the renewable energy sector and brings a strong transactional background to drive our growth strategy in national and international markets.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate renewable energy asset acquisition opportunities in national and international markets.
Lead end-to-end M&A processes: origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) for asset valuation.
Coordinate internal teams (legal, technical, finance) and external advisors throughout deal execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in the renewables sector.
Prepare investment memoranda and present deal recommendations to senior management and investment committee.
