Job Description

Job Summary:

• He/she is responsible for performing verification on all handoffs provided by the vendor and files the requests for deployment. He is responsible in moving the code from one environment to another.
• The Vendor Support Analysts are technically skilled (e.g. PL/SQL) and have good communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders of the project they support.

Job Description:

• Access Request
• Production Data Extract
• Execution of script in SIT/UAT
• Installation of application in SIT/UAT
• Implementation to SIT/UAT/Production
• Batch Job Run Request in SIT/UAT
• Restart of components in SIT/UAT
• Generate Jar Files in SIT/UAT
• Packaging of objects to be deployed to SIT/UAT
• Request copy of mapper configuration files in SIT/UAT/Production
