- Demonstrate strategic thinking, able to relate, connect with people as well as circumstances and transform something strong into something spectacular.
- Comptroller may work on any six special projects such as direct mail initiatives, new brand launch decks and client appreciation.
- Ensures all editorial content across all media platforms is consistent and reflects the aims and values of as a subsidiary of Ngee Ann Development Pte Ltd.
- Oversees social media vendors to increase web traffic, lead generation, customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Check accuracy, proofing the written text of blogs by copywriters/social media marketing vendors before it is published.
- Responsible for ensuring house style and tone of the online published work.
