Job Description

Parking and Transportation Services at Syracuse University is actively seeking a Van Driver to fill a full time position.

The University seeks safe, friendly van drivers to help transport students and staff members throughout the Syracuse University campus and off campus locations. Education and Experience

An active Class D license with a safe driving record required.

One plus years of passenger driving experience preferred.

Must pass a DOT Medical Exam.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a thorough background check, which includes a driver’s record and a criminal records check.

Pre-employment and continued random drug screening will be required.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Be able to utilize two-way radio communications.

Basic computer skills preferred such as email and Excel.
