Value & Growth Manager

As a Value & Growth Manager, you will lead robust investment decision analysis and value creation initiatives across the LATAM business. Reporting to the Senior Performance Management Leader, you will support disciplined use of cash and strategic capital, enable sustainable long‑term growth, and strengthen the finance organization’s role as a trusted business partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and prioritization of strategic investment opportunities that support organic growth and profitability.
• Develop and institutionalize a disciplined framework for investment decision making, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and rigorous business case evaluation.
• Manage the full CapEx cycle for assigned initiatives, including planning, execution tracking, investment analysis, capital benefit evaluation, and post‑investment reviews.
