About the Role
Join Validus as a Client Onboarding & Trading Specialist and drive impactful trading enablement. This role is ideal for those with expertise in KYC/AML and data management.
As an experienced Associate, you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, fostering compliance and reducing delay-related risks. You'll ensure data quality across systems, directly supporting trading objectives within capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the complete onboarding workflow for clients
• Interface between internal KYC/AML teams and clients
• Manage onboarding timelines with accountability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation
• Maintain STP readiness for trading activity
Requirements:
• Track record in client onboarding or data roles
• Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Degree in Finance or related field required
• Preferably hold certifications like FRM or CAIA
