Responsibilities
- Lead the customer audit with various customers
- Led the Chroming and Painting technical report with OEMS
- Responsible for solving technical issues related to Chroming and painting process
- Lead the investigation, analysis, and improvement for the NG (Not Good) testing items, providing effective root cause analysis, and along with action plans.
- Lead the analysis of warranty issues, formulate action plans, implement them and close the issue on time.
- Establish the Validation Plan for Chroming and Painting projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience as a Validation Engineer in the automotive industry, focusing on chemical components.
