Position Summary

The Valet Attendant is the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering a warm, efficient, and professional parking experience. The role combines guest service, vehicle handling, and front‑of‑house presence, ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the standards of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all arriving guests promptly and courteously, opening doors and assisting with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, following all property and traffic regulations.
• Maintain an organized key management system and accurate logs of all vehicles parked.
• Inspect each vehicle for pre-existing damage upon arrival and document accordingly.
• Ensure the driveway and entrance area remain clean, orderly, and free of congestion at all times.
