Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll design intuitive, modern interfaces for agency teams and clients that integrate seamlessly into real campaign workflows. This has to be globally consistent to our platform as Publicis Groupe. You will run usability tests, adoption pilots and iteration sprints to drive product adoption, efficiency and a consistent user experience across markets.
Responsibilities- Design user-centred interfaces, interaction patterns and visual systems for the platform (web and applicable web-based tools).
- Conduct structured usability testing, user interviews and pilot programs; convert findings into prioritized design improvements.
- Run rapid iteration sprints with product, engineering and business stakeholders to validate and refine features.
