Responsibilities

• Define and execute qualitative and quantitative research plans according to the project stage.
• Develop clear insights based on observations to guide ideation and feature prioritization.
• Understand and analyze user behavior metrics as a complement to qualitative research.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to business and tech stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX Research for digital products and services.
• Prior banking experience required.
