Utility Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Preferably with experience in timekeeping
• Overseeing and directing a team to ensure the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems like water, electricity, or gas.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of utility workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the daily operations of utility systems, including maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
• Ensure the team follows all safety regulations, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements through inspections, audits, and procedure implementation.
