Role Responsibilities
- Represent the country and Pavilion and all its stakeholders in a professional, friendly, engaging way
- Be engaging and ensure all guests/visitors are provided with any information regarding the Pavilion: events, sponsors, etc.
- Ensure Pavilion guests have an engaging and pleasant experience while in the Pavilion
- Ensure guest/visitor satisfaction
- Be the point of contact between Pavilion members and guests/visitors: ensure messages, information is shared.
- Control and monitor the guest flow
- Ensure the safety of the visitors at all times
