User Experience Designer (Toronto)

Job Title: Product Designer

Duration: 12 months

Work Arrangement: Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid – 2 days on site, 3 days work from home

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mock ups, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Design new features and user experiences across a variety of web-based applications
• Work within established design systems and contribute to maintaining consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, business users and developers throughout the design and implementation process
• Produce clear design documentation, specifications, and developer handoff assets
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design best practices
• Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints to deliver practical and effective design solutions
• The resource must be willing to work as a BA during down times
