Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the UX project management process
- Kickoff project activities & identify team
- Identify project resource requirements (Hardware/Software/Manpower/ Tools/Technology/Trainings)
- Define project scope and objectives and communicate the same to team members.
- Identify client expectations/ requirements (or any changes therein) and communicate to Project Team and Senior Management.
