JobDescription:
Patch Management Support:
Identify, track and remediate patch vulnerabilities across the Western Alliance Bank (WAB) system enterprise, including server, workstation and system device support.
Incident, Task & Change Management:
Assign, track, update and complete related patch support tickets, tasks and change activities centric to patch and vulnerability management support in the WAB environment.
KRI & SLA Tracking:
Capture and monitor metrics on designated key risk indicators and service level agreements covering patch management reporting in the WAB system enterprise.
