US Retirement Account Specialist
Location: Mandaluyong City

Shift: Permanent Night / Graveyard
Salary: Up to PHP 40,000 Basic + allowances upon regularization
Job Description:
Review, update, maintain, and service client/plan accounts in compliance with industry policies and regulations
Handle inbound calls regarding client accounts and compliance-related inquiries
Scrutinize and validate information in various plan agreements
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure timely completion of requests
Provide guidance on operational processes, policies, and timelines
Assist in identifying outdated or ineffective procedures and recommend improvements
Support department productivity through participation in meetings, training, and development activities
