About the Role

Key Responsibilities


  • Process end-to-end US payroll on, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles
  • Validate all payroll inputs including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, deductions, reimbursements, and any other payroll components
  • Ensure accurate calculation and compliance for federal, state, and local taxes, including garnishments
  • Execute payroll adjustments, off cycle runs, and employee final settlements
  • Maintain complete and compliant payroll records in accordance with company policies and US payroll laws
  • Reconcile payroll reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure error-free payroll prior to release
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendor for smooth payroll operations
  • May be responsible to respond to, or support any employee queries regarding payroll, tax deductions, and paycheck issues
