US PAYROLL with Experience on Pay Chex, Zoho, Quick Books, OR ADP, USA JD : We are looking for an experienced US Payroll & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end US consultant payroll and accounting operations in a fast-paced US staffing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Run US consultant payroll (W2 / C2 C / 1099) - Maintain and manage ADP/Pay Chex payroll records and reports - Ensure compliance with US payroll taxes & regulations - Coordinate and approve Indian payroll - Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books / Zoho Accounts - Payroll reconciliations, invoicing, and audit support - Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries Required Skills: - Hands-on experience in US Payroll processing - Strong working knowledge of ADP Payroll - Experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounts - Understanding of US staffing payroll cycles - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Preferred: - Experience in US Staffing / IT Services industry - Knowledge of timesheets, bill...
