About the Role
Qualification:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related or similar discipline
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience providing high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to senior leadership, preferably for the US or similar territories.
- In-depth knowledge of coordinating Passport/Visa issuance and renewal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proven ability to create and proofread proposals/presentations
- Proficiency in building relationships across various levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining strong attention to detail
