US Construction Bookkeeper | QuickBooks Desktop

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Data Entry Specialist to support a general contractor with project-related data entry, vendor invoices, estimates, purchase orders, and documentation.

This role requires someone who can understand construction estimates and invoices, identify line items correctly, and enter them accurately into QuickBooks Desktop. This is not basic data entry. The candidate must be able to read vendor estimates/invoices, understand what the charges are for, and match them to the correct project, purchase order, sales order, or cost item.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor estimates, purchase orders, and invoices into QuickBooks Desktop
• Review construction estimates and invoices to understand line items, services, percentages, and job-related charges
