Urban Planner - Entry

Processing Planning Act applications including consent, minor variance, official plan amendment, zoning by-law amendment, plan of condo, plan of subdivision, and site plan for municipal clients. Work with clients to prepare policy documents such as official plan, secondary plan, community improvement plan, strategic plan, etc. Prepare planning rationales for development projects and provide clients with planning expertise through policy interpretation and land use review.
