Job Summary

We are seeking an Underwriting Specialist to join our Quebec Region Casualty team in Montreal. The role focuses on generating a pipeline of new business opportunities while managing a renewal portfolio of upper mid‑market, large and multinational clients with revenues over $300M.

Location

Montreal, Quebec – 1800 McGill College Avenue, Suite 1100.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: three days per week of in‑person presence at the Montreal office or market‑facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities.
• Complete detailed opportunity assessments with key distributors to identify growth opportunities.
• Qualify accounts to ensure they align with the organization’s appetite and present sound business opportunities.
