Drive best practices in Group Underwriting as a Senior Analyst. Focus on tools, training, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This permanent position requires leading the Group Underwriting team by aligning tools and processes for improved performance. You will design training programs for both entry-level and experienced underwriters, conduct quality reviews of complex cases, and lead user acceptance testing. Collaborate with various internal partners to execute necessary mini projects that enhance the team's effectiveness.
