Job Title Underwriting Admin Support (1 year contract) Job Description The Role This is a 1-year full time contract role, reporting to the Underwriting and Claims Manager. This role supports the Underwriting and Claims team with day-to-day administration work and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage shared mailboxes by monitoring incoming emails, responding where appropriate and escalating matters to ensure timely follow up. Create and maintain underwriting and claims cases in Chorus, ensuring accurate data entry and proper record keeping. Prepare regular management reports for review by the Manager. Monitor service level performance and escalate key matters to the Manager. Act as a key liaison for administrative system or process matters, working with IT and internal stakeholders to support resolutions Provide general administrative support, including coordinating meetings, supporting onboarding of new staff and assisting with team activities.
