• Experience on working under tight SLAs
• Experience on Incident Resolution Life Cycle
• Experience on Incident Management Tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle vast user base and other IT stakeholders from integrating applications
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner/under the SLA timeline
