Ui/Ux Designer Intern

This is a remote position. AXL Labs is looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern to craft intuitive and sleek interfaces. You will map user journeys, build wireframes, and design high-fidelity prototypes for our AI voice agent platform, Converse, and our open-source applications. You will bridge the gap between user needs and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify UX friction points and opportunities. Create user personas, journey maps, and flowcharts to dictate product structure. Design low-fidelity wireframes and translate them into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes. Establish and maintain a scalable UI component library (Design System) in Figma for seamless developer handoff. Participate in design critiques and iterate rapidly based on team feedback and usability testing.
