About the Role
We are looking for UI Lead with strong experience in Next.js and React to build high-quality web applications. The role involves leading frontend development, guiding team, and working closely with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
Very strong, hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS (both are mandatory skills)
Lead and mentor a team of UI developers in addition to doing hands-on UI development work
Own frontend architecture, performance, and best practices
Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Backend teams
Ensure pixel-perfect UI, accessibility, and responsive design
Conduct code reviews and drive quality standards
Strong communication skills required
