Uht production supervisor

Required for a reputable FMCG company based in Humansdorp, Eastern Cape .

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years previous Supervisory experience in a dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment. A suitable qualification to facilitate good manufacturing practices and sound staff management principles. Previous experience and knowledge of the Tetra Pak Filling machines will be an advantage. Strong product knowledge skills. Excellent housekeeping skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: Lead a high-performance team consisting of Filling machine operators, Downstream Operators, and General Workers. Ensure staff commitment to company procedures and the achievement of daily targets as per production plan. Effective line utilization and housekeeping through effective supervision. Adherence to the occupational health and safety act, the quality system, and training of subordinates.
