• Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for back-office applications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users during the UAT phase.
