Take full charge of tunneling operations during the assigned shift, including TBM driving, ring erection, backup activities, and tunnel services. Ensure EPB TBMs are operated within approved parameters and manufacturer recommendations. Achieve planned advance rates and shift production targets with optimum use of manpower and equipment. Monitor TBM performance parameters, geological conditions, and machine behavior during the shift. Coordinate with TBM Operators and Engineers to adjust operational parameters in response to ground conditions.
