Tuition Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a session supervisor. Personal conduct should represent the ethos of ‘Learning Cubs’ and be demonstrated in all interactions with students, staff and parents.

• Develop and supervise the Learning Cubs programme, providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for students.
• Implement policies, procedures and practices in line with the Learning Cubs ethos.
• Ensure the sessions run smoothly and all tutors are managed consistently.
• Supervise After School workshops, maintaining high standards to ensure the welfare and engagement of the children at all times.
• Ensure children have access to appropriate activities to support their development.
• Supervise the safe escorting of children, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
