Understand and complete patient prescriptions for all Impress treatment types.
Create dental treatment plans from 3D scanned images using 3d Orthodontic correction software, creating virtual setups according to the patient's needs and defined Impress protocol requirements.
Revise and approve the final treatment plan for both initial treatment plans and refinements, initiating production.
Represent Impress, building trust relationships with our patients, and assisting patients in finding the treatment plan suited for their needs that will exceed their expectations.
Solve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meetings in the clinic, telephone calls, video conferences, and email communication.
