About the Role

Role Overview

The GBS Process Improvement & Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized continuous improvement (CI) and performance management capability across the Global Business Services (GBS) Source to Pay (S2P) organization. The role serves as the horizontal engine for transformation, enabling the GBS Source to Pay (S2P) function to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience through Lean Daily Management, analytics, process redesign, and automation enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the improvement methodology, performance cadence, and analytics framework, partnering closely with GBS Functional Leads, Global Process Owners, and Enablement teams.
  • Drive the GBS Procurement CI strategy, approach, and standards, including use of Copeland systems.
