Overview

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Brazil operates one of the most complex and fast‑growing Middle Mile networks in Latin America. Our network connects Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Inbound Cross‑Docks (IXD) and Delivery Stations across the country—moving millions of packages every week through surface, air and multimodal transportation lanes. This leader will oversee daily operations and drive the next generation of inbound surface operations, including Transshipment, IXD and We Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within ATS Brazil, based at GRU8 in Cajamar, São Paulo.
• Own IB execution and operations across Transshipment, IXD and WePay.
• Resolve daily transportation challenges such as balancing inbound demand against constrained capacity, ensuring carrier safety and regulatory compliance, and protecting the customer experience.
