Transportation Capacity Manager, 3P Transportation Execution, 3P Transportation Operations

Description

As Capacity Transportation Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance, innovation and reliability of our Transportation teams, working cross-functionally with teams across the entire Amazon business. Our transportation network is complex, but with your drive and dedication we will achieve continuous improvement through our Carrier partners, Network design teams, improved demand planning & capacity management, volume allocation between air & ground, first mile scheduling, middle mile on time performance, and last mile injection.

You will be accountable for dealing with challenging operational issues, and planning for both our off-peak and peak periods externally (with 3P partners) and internally (with other transportation teams), reviewing volume trend performance versus our weekly plans, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
