In your role as a Planning Manager, you will report to the Planning & Schedule Management Lead, overseeing essential project scheduling processes. You’ll develop and implement program-wide requirements while ensuring adherence to best practices across various projects. Your position demands focusing on risk management and effective stakeholder interactions to facilitate project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and align planning & scheduling processes across projects
• Develop project requirements for comprehensive program delivery
• Manage contingency processes for risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with metrolinx and statutory requirements
• Promote effective stakeholder engagement per management plans
