Job Purpose: The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the transaction banking operational goals and objectives to ensure delivery of operational services and support to Cash Agents, Channel Partners and clients of the Bank. It is also responsible for managing the coordination and required facilitation for the efficient back-end operation of Bank products.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contributes to overall operations and strategic planning by actively participating in corporate strategic planning activities
2. Formulates the annual operating and business plans/programs in line with overall corporate goals and objectives
3. Develops long-term and short-term plans related to card products, payment and deployment of electronic devices/channels of the Bank.
