This organization partners with Global companies to deliver innovative digital, data, and technology solutions across industries. They are currently seeking a Training (Talent Development) Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Language, Voice & Accent, and Soft Skills training (for both voice and non-voice teams) via classroom and virtual formats
- Conduct daily audits (voice, email, chat) and support floor activities in coordination with business stakeholders
- Report and track training effectiveness and project outcomes
- Interview and assess new hires for communication and soft skills
