Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, Traning Specialist will be In charge of developing and conducting training programs for employees within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to needs investigation studies to define training opportunities within an nfers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better recognize changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.Formulates teaching outline and define instructional methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.Identifies or develops testing and evaluation procedures...
