Training Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Training Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale training programmes across multiple stakeholders and operational environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, training operations, and stakeholder management experience, who is comfortable overseeing tactical, physical, and operational training programmes in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be certified First Aid Trainers and/or possess strong Police Contact Tactics (PCT) training experience.
