Training Programme Associate

CERN's NextGen Triggers project is building a continuous short-course programme to give scientists and engineers the skills needed for tomorrow's LHC trigger and data-processing challenges. Experts from universities, research institutes and industry will deliver focused lectures and hands‑on sessions in three areas:

• Advanced data‑acquisition technologies
• Modern software methodologies
• Data science and machine learning

The programme is now in the design phase. You will work side‑by‑side with the project lead to take the programme from concept to first delivery.

Eligibility criteria

• By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Physics, engineering, computer science (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
